In the history of such public institutions, it is not easy to make exhaustive and accurate assessment of the contribution of individuals. To avoid making reference to personalities is the best policy. It is, however, difficult to resist the compulsion of expressing our gratitude to personalities like LateShri. B. Narayanaswamy, our First President and the Late Shri. H.K.Somani, our First General Secretary, Shri G. R. Khanolkar, Shri V.N. Sane, Shri M.S. Naik, Shri K.P.V. Menon, Shri S.J. Deshmukh, Shri M.A. Gagrat, Shri K.T.Sule, Shri M.P. Mehta, Shri R.J. Mehta, Shri F.N. Kaka and many more. To them goes the credit of bringing together into one fold the practitioners representing conflicting interest. We cherish with gratitude the yeoman services rendered by them.

The members of the Managing Committee and Members of the Association unreservedly wish to thank the persons who have assisted our Association with its growth year after year.

We also record our gratitude to our members who have generously contributed to the funds and donated books to our Library. A special mention needs to be made of the donation by the Retired Justice of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Mr. Justice B.N. Srikrishna, who was good enough to donate books worth Rs. 15,000/- to enrich the library.
